TaskChad.
SMS consent

TaskChad texts only after you say yes on the call.

This page shows how TaskChad collects verbal consent before sending a text message, the exact script the receptionist reads, what you receive, and how to stop.

Last updated October 14, 2026

What you receive

One text with the TaskChad demo phone line you asked for on the call, so you can hear the AI receptionist answer a call. Message frequency is one message per request.

TaskChad does not send marketing blasts, does not text purchased or shared lists, does not text anyone who did not agree on the call, and never asks for passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information by text.

How consent is recorded

TaskChad keeps the record of the call where you agreed, including the call date and time, the transcript showing the consent script and your yes, and the mobile number you gave. TaskChad keeps opt-out requests so it can honor them.
